Congrats to our New Black Grades (Black Belts)
After over 5 years of hard dedicated training, we would like to Congratulate Instructors Mike Simon and Justin Simon of Defence Lab Lynbrook New York and Tony Torres of Defence Lab Arizona, on passing their Black Grade (Black Belt) Tests on Saturday, May 4th in Atlanta, Georgia.
As always, Defence Lab Founder Andy Norman personally Tested and Awarded their Black Grades directly.
They join the elite company of Alan Baker and John Leabo as the 3rd, 4th and 5th Black Grade Instructors here on the North American Continent.
We take great pride that 3 of the 5 Black Grades on the Continent are a product of the Training here at Defence Lab Lynbrook.
A great honor and achievement. We look forward to making many more. Congratulations to all!

Our next beginners class starts Monday, May 6th at 7:30pm.
Space for this class will be limited to 25 students. First come, first served.
To register for this class and to secure your spot, please come to the Training Center
on Monday or Thursday nights between 6:30pm and 9:30pm or on Saturdays from 1pm to 2pm to sign up.
Our last “9″ Beginner Classes have completely Sold Out.
This should tell you something about the quality of what we teach here.
Ask around and look around then come see us, and you will see why we are one of
the “VERY FEW” Martial Arts Schools with a waiting list to enter.

Our current Beginners Class is once again SOLD OUT!!
This is now the 9th time in a row that we have SOLD OUT (this should tell you something about the quality of what we teach here). We welcome the 25 new students to our Martial Arts Training Center.
Our next Beginners Class will start in May 2013.
