When I started my first KFM class I was 290 pounds, completely out of shape and had just been prescribed medication for high blood pressure. Because of KFM in one year I have lost 70 pounds. I am now in the best shape of my life and have perfect blood pressure without the aid of any pills. KFM has changed my life completely. It is not just a hobby or run of the mill martial art. It is a lifestyle, a mindset. KFM cultivates that primal predator that lies dormant in so many people today. The Instructors John Leabo & Mike Simon are second to none. The instruction is clear & precise and their vast knowledge of the Art shines through in their teaching. They don't just stand up there and bark direction but instead actively participate and engage in all the drills from the White Grade on up. They train hard making their students want to train hard. The Gym is welcoming, clean, spacious and has cutting edge scenario training areas as well as the classic bag/rope/weight features you would expect in a fighting facility. I would like to thank Justo & Andy for creating KFM and John & Mike for teaching me the most dynamic, ballistic, intricate and beautiful fighting Art I have ever seen.
