At first I was unsure because I'm a 5' 2" woman with no muscles or prior martial arts experience, but that actually makes me "exactly" the type of person who should be learning KFM. The self defense techniques are efficient and practical for real life scenarios- on the street, in bars, subways etc and John explains it all crystal clear, step by step. Signing up has been the best decision I've ever made: I'm stronger, fitter, happier and more confident and really think every woman should be taking KFM. Classes are intense but fun and everyone is made to feel at home. KFM is all I talk about now and it's the highlight of my week- DO THIS.
