To Travel by Railroad from Penn Station in Manhattan:
Take the Long Island Railroad (Long Beach Line) from Penn Station. Get off the train at the Lynbrook Station and just walk across the street. The Academy is right there (total travel time is about 25 minutes).
To Travel by Plane:
We recommned to fly into JFK International Airport as we are only about 15 minutes from this airport.
You can either take a quick cab directly to our Academy or take the Air train to Jamaica Station and then take the Long Island Railroad (Long Beach Line) to the Lynbrook Train Station. The Academy is across the street from the station. You can also fly into Laguardia Airport but it’s about a 45 minute cab ride to the Academy. JFK is closer, easier and cheaper but the choice is yours.

This hotel averages about $92 dollars a night and is the closest of all the hotels.
It is just a couple blocks away from the Academy so it’s very convenient.
It’s not the Taj Mahal but if your lokking for “cheap and close” this is the best you will find.

This hotel averages about $169 a night and is 1.5 miles away from the Academy.
It’s a quick cab ride from the Academy but a little too far to walk.
This is a step up from the Capri but further away and more expensive.

This hotel averages about $169 a night and is located in the heart of Rockville center where there
are plenty of night clubs, restaurants and places to party in the evening. If your looking for a hotel close
to some great night time action then this it. It is about 1.5 miles away from the Academy, so you would have to take a quick 5 minute cab ride to get to the Academy. This is the nicest of the three hotels listed above but it is a little more expensive and a little further away.
